Rent-A-Nerd began doing business approximately 5 years ago in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area. Since the founder Scotty Gell lived in Sun City, this amazing town consisting of people over 55 years of age, formed the foundation of the business.
Scotty realized that most older people needed help learning how to operate their home computer.
Since then Rent-A-Nerd has helped hundreds of residents in Sun City, Bluffton, and Hilton Head Island increase their enjoyment of their computers, tablets and cell phones.
